If you are unsatisfied with our product, a request for a return must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the product. This request can be made to info@earthyware.com.
If approved, an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization will then be sent to you and is valid for thirty (30) days .
A return must be made in the original packaging, or is to be packed by a professional at the expense of the user. Any paperwork must be included in the order. The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to the address stipulated, as well as the shipping charges incurred in doing so
